Motivation Vs Discipline
Motivation is the very thing that pushes you to work for the achievement of your goals. It's the drive, zeal, and energy that drives your actions and helps you stay focused on your goals. You get motivated by a lot of factors: personal goals, external rewards, or the fear of failure. The thing that gets you up from bed in the morning and keeps you running during the rough times. Discipline, on the other hand, is the control of your whims and fancies, your emotions, and your behavior in the quest to stay on track towards your goals. It is all about setting rules, routines, and boundaries for oneself to keep oneself on track and focused on the objectives. Discipline requires consistency, self-control, and determination to overcome obstacles and challenges that may come your way.
